Requiring short prep and cooking time, our organic chicken breasts make a great selection for a quick dinner staple. White meat in its simplest form, our boneless chicken breasts are great pan fried or grilled, and a wonderful addition to a fresh salad. A lean choice, they make an excellent cut for the health conscious, but can be glorified as the deep fried all American chicken nugget as well.

 

Contains 3-4 pkgs approx. 1.25-1.50 lbs. each 3/4 slices per pkg.

Honey Chicken: Ingredients: Boneless Chicken breasts 3/4 cup honey 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup olive oil 1 tablespoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon black pepper Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a 9 x 13-inch pan with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Rinse chicken, pat dry and place in prepared pan.
3. In a small bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder and pepper and pour over chicken.
4. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 25-30 mins until cooked through
